Journalism

From Kim Kardashian to Harry Styles, P!nk to Debbie Harry, I have interviewed some of the most famous names in the celebrity world.

After cutting my teeth on Newcastle’s Evening Chronicle and winning the Press Gazette’s Young Journalist of the Year, I spent five years at The Mirror covering real life, showbiz, negotiating exclusive buy-ups and also spent time reporting from Afghanistan during the war.

Rarely a dull moment!

In 2010 I crossed over from newspapers to magazines, accepting a job at Fabulous where I specialised in celebrity, setting up the cover shoot each week and profile interviewing the star.

I took the leap into freelancing in 2021 and since then, have continued to write for Fabulous as well as The Sun, The Mirror, The Telegraph, Metro, Daily Mail, Psychologies, Platinum, OK!, New and Notebook, among others.

I have won several awards for my journalism including Interviewer of the Year at the prestigious Press Awards.

Commissioning editors know I produce entertaining, compelling and clean copy to spec and on deadline. And celebrities know they can place their trust in me to be fair and empathetic and therefore someone they are comfortable opening up to.
